Construction has started on the new Brits Mall in the Northwest province. The first phase of this fast track retail development boasts tenants such as the Edcon group, Pick ‘n Pay, Woolworths and Shoprite/Checkers. The main contractor Stabilid Construction has the challenging task to complete the more than 30 000m² mall with its 85 000m² external works in the very short construction period of 12 months.
